Common Questions

I do taxi web design and I'm working on a new taxi website. I'd like to incorporate the Cabubble white label taxi booking engine for my client. How do I do this?

Firstly the cab firm must determine if they'd like to work with Cabubble. Please ask your client to view our presentation for more information.

My client has a responsive website, so they need a responsive white label taxi booking engine. Is this available?

All white label taxi booking engines are responsive and therefore mobile-friendly.

My client has asked me to link a Cabubble white label booking engine to their taxi website. Can you confirm the URL for the white label taxi booking engine and provide some instructions?

Linking to Cabubble is preparatory work that must be completed before the white label taxi booking engine is activated. Full instructions are in the e-mail from your client.

How long does it take to activate a Cabubble white label taxi booking engine?

Once we have verified your website is ready, it can take up to three working days.

White Label Taxi Booking Engine Features

I've integrated a white label taxi booking engine to a cab firm's website. They want to offer promo codes – how do I enable the taxi promo code feature?

No further work on the taxi website is required. The cab firm must configure their taxi promo codes in their Cabubble settings, and these will automatically be supported by the booking engine.

The taxi company wants to take cab fares by credit or debit card. How do I set this up?

You do not need to do anything to the white label taxi booking engine. Card fares are handled entirely within the cab company's Cabubble account.
