This Privacy Policy has been written to give information as to how cabubble.co.uk (the "Site", "System", "cabubble.co.uk"), operated by Cabubble Limited ("Cabubble", "We", "Us", "Our") uses information and data supplied by its clients and visitors ("Clients", "You", "Your"). This Policy must be read in conjunction with the relevant Terms of Use.
Your Consent
By using Our Site, You consent to Our Privacy Policy. If You do not consent, do not use Our Site. From time to time We may update Our Privacy Policy and Your continued use of Our Site constitutes Your acceptance of any updates. The latest Policy will be shown on this page with the date of the last revision, and it is Your responsibility to review such changes from time to time.

Data We Collect
Business Information
We collect Your company trading name, registered company name and billing address. These details are required to identify Your business account and to ensure any bills or invoices created by the System are correctly addressed.
User Information
For each System user, We collect a first name, last name, title (optional) and company e-mail address. For each active user we hold a System-generated username, a SHA-256 hashed password and optional MFA secret. User details are used to identify and authenticate each individual user, and to send each user information about their bookings and related System activity. E-mail addresses are also used for administrative procedures such as self-service password resets and handling support enquiries.
Address Lookup Information
We collect free-form address search text entered when You perform quote lookups.
Travel Information
We collect additional data provided by You when entering each travel booking request including:
- Passenger name and telephone number(s)
- Dates and times of travel
- Pick-up and drop-off locations
- Number of passengers
- Number of items of luggage
- Flight arrival details (for airport pick-up)
- Optional booking comments or instructions
- Your current location (only collected when You use the 'crosshairs' feature when specifying pick-up or drop-off location and Your browser has geolocation enabled and operational)
System Usage Information
We collect further information resulting from use of Our Site including but not limited to browser and connection information, IP addresses, statistics on page views. If You view Our Site without logging in or registering, We will not collect any personally identifiable information.
We use this usage information to monitor System performance and to plan future development and provision of appropriate System resources.
Use of Collected Data
We use collected data to enable You to book transport services with Hackney Carriage (Taxi) and Private Hire service providers ("Transport Providers") via Our Site, send confirmations of bookings, amendments or cancellations thereof, to forward Your messages to and from Transport Providers concerning Your bookings, to facilitate payment card processing and data dispatch system ("Dispatch System") synchronisation and for Us to provide effective customer support to You.
Disclosure of Data
Service Providers
We may disclose Your address search text to external address/postcode verification service providers. We do this to ensure valid pick-up and drop-off locations are supplied to Transport Providers for Your bookings.
Transport Providers
When You use Our Services We share some of Your data with the Transport Provider You choose when booking and may also share some of Your data with this Transport Provider's Dispatch System. This is necessary for the efficient provision of the selected Transport Provider's services to You.
- Your company name and booking owner name
- Passenger name and telephone number(s)
- Dates and times of travel
- Pick-up and drop-off locations
- Number of passengers
- Number of items of luggage
- Flight arrival details (for airport pick-up)
- Optional booking comments or instructions
Other Account Users
Your data (excluding any password-related or MFA-related information) may be shared with other users of Your business account, depending on Your account settings and user permissions.
Third Parties
Outside the provision of Our Services to You, We will not sell, rent, trade or transfer Your data to other third parties. However, such information may be released:
- where required for Us to comply with the law and any legal investigation or payment dispute
- if We sell all or part of Cabubble and/or its assets to a third party
Cookies
We use industry-standard cookies to allow You to start a session when logging into Our Site, and to enable Your browser to remember Your username and/or login status between application sessions for Your convenience. Your browser must have first-party cookies enabled to use Our Services.
Data Protection
We implement various security measures to protect Your data when You use Our Site. All information is transferred encrypted using industry-standard SSL/TLS technology. Access to Your account is protected by Your username/password combination, which is for Your exclusive use and must not be shared with anybody else. It is Your responsibility to choose a password which cannot easily be guessed and not to disclose Your password to anybody, including anyone representing or claiming to represent Us. For additional security, You may enable MFA (multi-factor authentication) on Your account.
Any sensitive credit/debit cardholder data used to effect any payment while using Our Site are transferred directly from Your browser to a third-party payment handler and are not received or processed by Our System. Our Privacy Policy therefore does not cover the protection of Your cardholder data. Any privacy policy provided by the relevant third party applies instead.
All Our System servers are housed in secure UK data centres, to which physical access is strictly controlled and monitored.
Retention of Data
Data may be retained for as long as Your account is active. If We suspend or terminate Your account We reserve the right to destroy without notice any of Your data held or alter it permanently in such a way as it is no longer identifiable, and Our Privacy Policy will cease to apply to such information.
Deletion of Data
If You request termination of Your account, Your account data will be erased within fourteen (14) days. If You want to use Our services again after Your account is terminated, You must create a new account. Where You have made any booking(s) with Transport Providers, each Transport Provider may be legally required to retain booking details for a longer period, depending on their Taxi or Private Hire licence conditions. Where this applies, on termination of Your account, Your personally identifiable information will be removed from these booking records, ensuring the Transport Provider remains compliant with their licensing obligations.
Access to Data
If You require a copy of information We hold about You, please contact the Cabubble Data Controller.
Complaints
If Your complaint cannot be resolved by Us, You have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
