Cabubble Terms of Use – Transport Provider (09 June 2017)

The CABUBBLE website (the "Site", "") is owned and made available to you by Cabubble Limited ("Our", "Cabubble", "Us", "We"). The following terms ("Terms of Use", "Terms") govern your ("You", "Your") access to and use of Our Site. Please review these Terms of Use carefully. By accessing and/or using the Site, You agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.

We reserve the right to change, modify, add, or delete portions of these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice. The date at the top of this page will indicate when the Terms were last revised. Your continued access and use of the Site after any such changes constitutes Your binding acceptance of the new Terms of Use. If You do not agree to abide by these or any future Terms of Use, do not use or access (or continue to use or access) the Site. It is Your responsibility to check the Site to determine if there have been changes to these Terms of Use and to review such changes.

Unless otherwise stated, all of the contents of the Site are copyright of Cabubble Limited. No part or parts of the Site may be copied or incorporated into any other website, database, publication or other work in any form whatsoever without Our express written permission.


By accepting these Terms you also agree to the Cabubble Privacy Policy.

Our Site

Our Site is designed to provide the service of handling online surface transport requests (the "Service", "Services") from prospective passenger(s) or an individual/entity making bookings on behalf of the prospective passenger(s).

Joining Our Site

We only allow the following to join Our Site and use Our Service (to become a "Transport Provider"):

  • England, Wales, Northern Ireland: Licensed Hackney Carriage (Taxi) and Private Hire Operators
  • Scotland: Licensed Hackney Carriage (Taxi) and Booking Office Licence holders

We reserve the right to refuse membership without stating Our reason.

Contact Information

You must ensure We have up-to-date contact information so that We can contact You as required regarding the operation of Your account. We reserve the right to contact You where We consider it important for You to be notified of system changes or alerts.


You may define a profile within Cabubble which is displayed alongside Your fares and service to prospective passengers. We are not obliged to accept any profile text or image, and reserve the right to withdraw or modify this feature at any time.

Accepting Requests

In order to receive a request for a one-way passenger transfer (the "Request", "Requests") You must be a Transport Provider and may follow the Request acceptance procedures on Our Site. We do not guarantee that You will appear in every travel search result. If You accept a Request, We will confirm acceptance (the "Confirmation") to You on Our Site and via online electronic means to the e-mail address(es) You have supplied. Once You have received the Confirmation, it is Your responsibility to provide transport to the passenger(s) as stated in the Confirmation (the "Passenger", "Passengers") and in accordance with Your own operating terms and conditions.

In accepting a Request using Our Services You implicitly agree to be solely responsible for the Passenger(s)' transport. Acceptance of any request is solely at Your discretion.

Fares and Payment

Fares are set and controlled by You via Our Site. The amount payable as stated in the Confirmation must be paid to You by the Passenger(s) and it is Your responsibility to collect the fare. We do not accept or handle any payments to You on behalf of the Passenger(s).


Credits applied to Your account with Us can only be used against Our invoices. Credit cannot be redeemed for cash or equivalent, nor transferred to any other Cabubble account.


You must not use any messaging facility within Cabubble to send payment card numbers.

Errors and Omissions

It is Your responsibility to ensure Your fares listed on Our Site are correct and valid. We accept no responsibility for the consequences of You providing incorrect or incomplete fare information. Any deliberate misrepresentation of Your fares will be considered a violation of these Terms.


You will be charged a booking fee for each one-way Passenger transfer (the "Booking", "Bookings") generated via Our Site, which depends on the fare, as below. You will be invoiced monthly with payment due within 14 days from the date of invoice. You must settle invoices online via Our Site. Failure to pay Our fees will result in suspension of Your account with Us in addition to strenuous legal action to recover monies overdue in addition to any costs incurred in recovering Our monies. We reserve the right to charge a fee for reactivating a suspended account.

Cabubble white label booking engine jobs are charged at £0.25 each, whatever the fare.

Your Responsibilities

It is Your responsibility to review and manage Requests and Bookings promptly and efficiently. It is Your responsibility to ensure Your settings on Our Site are correct and up-to-date.

Upon accepting a Request, it is Your responsibility to provide safe and timely transfer services to the Passenger(s) and their personal effects. We offer no advice as to the amount of time required to travel to any given Passenger collection and/or drop off point. We do not accept liability for any onward travel connection(s) or other appointment(s) of any kind missed by the Passenger(s) for any reason. Upon accepting a Request, We will provide You an online messaging facility and contact telephone number(s) for the Passenger(s) and any queries that arise concerning the transfer should be directed at the Passenger(s). We will not act on Your behalf to resolve any queries or disputes with the Passenger(s). The provision of transport services to the Passenger(s) is solely Your responsibility. You accept Requests entirely at Your discretion and understand that We do not recommend any Passenger(s) to You nor are We responsible for the Passenger(s)' behaviour and/or actions. We reserve the right to suspend Your account indefinitely if We receive unsatisfactory reports from the Passenger(s) concerning Your service.

Booking Amendments and Cancellation

If a Booking requires amendment, the Passenger(s) must contact You directly. We will not handle Booking amendments on behalf of Passenger(s). You may cancel a Booking via Our Site and it is Your responsibility to contact the Passenger(s) named in the Confirmation as soon as possible.

Use of Information

Information supplied to You by Cabubble in a Booking may only be used for the processing of that Booking and not for any other purpose.


A Request on Our Site is not an endorsement of the Passenger(s) by Us. Your acceptance of a Request is entirely at Your discretion. In no event shall We or any of Our agents or suppliers be liable to You, Your drivers or Your vehicles for any consequential, special, incidental or indirect harm or damages of any kind arising from the delivery, performance, use of or inability to use the Our Site and Services, even if We have been advised of the possibility of such damages.


If a Transport Provider violates these Terms, We reserve the right to suspend their account and access to the Service without notice. We also reserve the right to close and delete any suspended account without notice.


All notices shall be given to Us via email at the specified address for Services accepted on Our Site or to You at either the e-mail or any postal address stored on Your account.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of England.
